We can help qualified businesses develop custom financing packages by partnering with the client’s bank, or by working in conjunction with government entities such as the Connecticut Community Investment Corporation, Connecticut Development Authority, Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development, U.S. Small Business Administration (Connecticut Office), and other lenders to develop a complete financing package to meet individual needs. We are not averse to taking a subordinate position, if warranted.
  • Maximum 5-year term
  • Will consider 10-year amortization with 5-year balloon, if it benefits customer
  • Rates comparable to traditional banks
  • Fee of 1 or 2 points charged at closing, depending on complexity of loan
